Organizational readiness: Determine the readiness of your organization. Discuss the organizational culture, reactions to change, the infrastructure for change, and leadership. Use the readiness assessment tool in Canvas. This tool must be attached as an appendix.
SWOT Analysis: Examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with your project. A brief narrative should be in the body of the paper with a diagram attached following the reference list.
Risk management plan: Develop a plan evaluating the risk, impact, mitigation, and contingency. It can be completed in a narrative or table format.
Budget: Discuss any proposed costs associated with your project and develop a plan
to control these costs. This section may be more applicable and/or more detailed in some projects
compared to others.
