Training requirements etc. -Discuss options that could help the issue be resolved or improved and why? -Contact a State Legislator (Staff member) to find out if or what piece of legislation has been passed to confront the above state problem. What changes would they like to see? Are there any challenges? How are they addressing them? Are they hiring and what are they looking for in an employee?
