CH 4: KSAOs in particular – understand in relation to job analysis and how each job will have varied characteristics
Search for a specific job of your interest – a job that is middle level or senior management that you aspire to hold in the future. It could use LinkedIn or any other job board
Present possible competencies required for the position -, present your perspective about why you believe that few or all of the competencies (CH 4 lists some competencies) are required to be successful in that position
